Description
Displaying a straw-yellow hue complemented by subtle green tints, this wine unfolds with a delicate aroma characterized by traces of hawthorn, elderflower, and violet. Upon tasting, it reveals a refreshing dryness and a full-bodied presence, leaving an enduring impression of bitter almond in its aftertaste.
Crafted from Garganega and Trebbino di Soave grape varieties, sourced from the basalt-rich soils of the historic Soave Classico region, including Montefore d’Alpone and Soave.
The grapes were meticulously harvested toward the end of September and early October. They underwent a gentle pressing method using traditional lung presses, ensuring the utmost care and precision in winemaking.
