What is Winedab?
Winedab is an online wine subscription club – with a difference. We ask you some simple questions to understand your individual wine taste, and then hand pick three, six or twelve wines to deliver to you each month.
How do I join Winedab?
That’s a wonderful question! To join WineDab, simply TAKE THE QUIZ to find out your unique wine palate and each month, we’ll handpick the right wine that will match your tastes.
What wine will I get?
Our wines come from all around the world and across New Zealand; largely from smaller, family growers who produce wine with a passion. Each month, we change our wine selection so you get a different wine for every subscription box. But don’t worry! We make sure that each wine sent to you is handpicked for your profile which means that every delivery should be a delicious surprise!
How do you know what wine I’ll like?
We ask you simple questions about your tastes which we then use to hand pick wines for you. We’ve designed the questions to be easy to answer – no wine knowledge required!
What if I don’t like the wine?
If you don’t like the wine, simply contact us and we’ll sort it out pronto!
Is the wine from New Zealand?
We want to give you wine that you will love – the best quality for the best price. And we want to give you wine that you might not have tried before. So we source wine from many countries, including New Zealand.
When will I get my wine?
After joining our monthly subscription, your first box of handpicked wines will be dispatched within 5 working days. Your renewal date will then be moved to 9th of the month. Depending on which date is closest from your first purchase. You can expect to receive your monthly wines within 3-7 days after your renewal.
Can you deliver my wine early?
Yes, we can do this for you! If you would like to change your renewal date so that you get your wines delivered at a more convenient time, send us a message at hello@winedab.com.
We are building a scalable business where we keep the costs down so we can provide you the best price. This means we deliver your monthly subscription in batches. Our renewal dates fall on the 9th of the month. Let us know if you want it moved earlier or later and we’ll sort it out for you.
I loved one of the bottles you sent me so much, I’d like some more!
That’s what we aim to do each month. Of course we’d like to help you. If the wine is in stock, we’ll be happy to send you another box of that wine (which is separate from your regular monthly subscription). Our boxes are in quantities of 1, 3, 6 or 12. Just send us an email at hello@winedab.com with what you want – mixed boxes (i.e. more than one wine) are fine, but the minimum order is three bottles. The price will be the same as the subscription price for that box. We will deliver the wine at the same time as your next order.
