Stable weather conditions during the flowering period led to a robust fruit set, which was subsequently adjusted to achieve the desired yield. The following summer was characterized by arid conditions with minimal rainfall, leading to the development of perfectly ripened small berries brimming with intense flavor and concentration. Fortunately, our harvest continued without interruption despite the challenges posed by the C-19 lockdown. An uninterrupted autumn season, marked by warm days, allowed us to pick the fruit when it had reached its peak ripeness.
